These Personal Training Sessions are Unlimited through the month and based on a weekly plan to give the greatest flexibility with your schedule and balance for your body!

—The Weekly Periodization Plan is as follows:

  • MON.-LIFT DAY- POWER

  • TUES.-MOVE DAY- MOBILITY

  • WED.-MOVE DAY- ENDURANCE

  • THURS.-MOVE DAY- EXPLOSIVE

  • FRI.-LIFT DAY- GROWTH

  • SAT.-MOVE DAY- FLOW

  • Circuit Training Sessions:

    • MON.-FRI.- 5:30am| 6:30am| 7:30am| 8:30am

  • Steel Mace Movement Sessions:

    • SAT.-8am| 10am

  • Power-Zen Yoga Sessions:

    • MON. & WED.- 12pm

    • SAT.- 9am| 11am
