5:30am | 6:30am | 7:30pm | 8:30am
By combining a timed circuit with battle ropes, sled work, kettlebells, dumbbells and other unique and versatile tools, these sessions will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work!
STEEL MACE MOVEMENT SESSION
Wednesday & Thursday - 5:30pm
Saturday - 8am | 10am | 11am
Here, we combine our brain power with squats, lunges, arrows, uppercuts, 360 swings, and other unique full body exercises so that you can build strength, coordination and body connection according to your own body type and goals.
POWER-ZEN YOGA SESSION
Monday - Saturday 12pm
Here we incorporate strength and length into each different day of a powerful and balance yoga practice!
