  • A MOVEMENT DAY with a focus on HEART STRENGTH and growing MENTAL DISCIPLINE and CONNECTIVE TISSUE

 

EXPLOSIVE

  • A MOVEMENT DAY focused on building SPEED-STRENGTH through controlled FORCE PRODUCTION, BALLISTIC and PLYOMETRIC movements

GROWTH

  • FRIDAY

  • A LIFTING DAY focused on growing BONE DENSITY, MUSCLE STRENGTH and SIZE through VOLUME of repetitions and Lifting Principles

FLOW

  • SATURDAY

  • A MOVEMENT DAY focused on developing CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM (CNS) STRENGTH, working to CONNECT BRAIN and BODY through BREATH WORK
