A MOVEMENT DAY focused on building SPEED-STRENGTH through controlled FORCE PRODUCTION, BALLISTIC and PLYOMETRIC movements

A LIFTING DAY focused on growing BONE DENSITY, MUSCLE STRENGTH and SIZE through VOLUME of repetitions and Lifting Principles
